Abstract: As Brazilian antitrust authorities continue to look to the American experience and encourage private antitrust litigation, the challenges facing practitioners and enforcers tend to become more complex. A clear view of the main topics and issues related to cartel damages claims in Brazil is a necessary starting point for the establishment of a mature and tested set of rules and practices.
