Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2010, Dr. Lim worked as an economist and vice president of Compass Lexecon, an internationally renowned economic and legal consulting firm located in Chicago, USA. Dr. Lim has over 18 years of experience in the application of economic/statistical analysis to antitrust and other economic and financial issues. He specializes in antitrust matters such as merger analysis, collusion, abuse of market dominance, vertical restraints, as well as financial issues that include estimating damages in securities fraud action litigation, evaluating fairness in merger cases, and analyzing insider trading cases.
