Mr. Xue is one of the pioneer lawyers practicing competition law in China. He has actively participated in the discussion and promulgation of China's anti-monopoly law, its implementing rules, and the related guidance, maintaining a close working relationship with China’s anti-trust law enforcement authorities.

Mr. Xue has represented a substantial number of well-known multinational companies, state-owned and private enterprises, involved in more than forty material transactions concerning over twenty industries, to obtain unconditional approvals of concentration of undertakings, or successfully deal with the investigation of failure to legally declare. In addition, Mr. Xue also provides professional service on matters of administrative investigation or lawsuit (Defense Lawyer) of monopoly agreements, abuse of dominance, as well as AML compliance and trading framework or business model design, etc., which cover multiple industry fields, such as chemistry, electronics, building energy, petroleum, industrial equipment, IT, retail, and agriculture.
