Keith Klovers is Of Counsel in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Washington, D.C., office, where his practice focuses on merger review, government conduct investigations, and antitrust litigation and counseling. Keith also has an active pro bono practice, recently arguing a case in the D.C. Circuit as court-appointed amicus curiae. Prior to joining the firm, Keith served at the Federal Trade Commission as Attorney Advisor to Commissioner Christine S. Wilson and, before that, in the same capacity for Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen. During his tenure, Keith advised the Commissioners on more than one hundred merger and conduct investigations and several significant antitrust policy initiatives.
