John Seward
John R. Seward is the Associate Director of Antitrust Compliance at Intel Corporation. His responsibilities cover all aspects of the company’s antitrust compliance, including training and counseling employees, monitoring the company’s adherence to antitrust laws around the world, and keeping its policies and compliance processes current with changes in the business and legal environments. Prior to joining Intel in 2017, John spent 18 years in private practice counseling clients on the antitrust aspects of litigation, mergers and acquisitions, dominant firm practices, joint ventures and other competitor collaborations, and intellectual property licensing. He has represented clients from a variety of industries, including consumer products, health care, mining and industrial, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecommunications.
Mr. Seward earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 1999 from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1994. He holds bar memberships in Oregon and New York.
