Jennifer Pratt
Jennifer L. Pratt has been with the Ohio Attorney General's Office since 1995 and has been the Chief of the Antitrust Section since 2003. She has participated in a wide array of major investigations and litigated matters in such diverse industries as professional sports, water treatment chemicals, food additives, and insurance.
She led the litigation teams for the Ohio Attorney General's Office in the Columbia HCA/Blue Cross merger litigation, the Marion Hospital merger litigation and the Sorbates price-fixing litigation. She is a frequent speaker and author of publications on bid-rigging detection and other aspects of antitrust law. She currently serves on the Amicus Committee of the National Association of Attorneys General’s Antitrust Task Force, and chairs the organization’s Petroleum Industry Working Group.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hanover College in 1983, her JD from Indiana University School of Law in 1987, and her MBA from Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1987.
