Graham Reynolds
Graham Reynolds is a Partner at Osler, Haskin & Harcourt.
With an extensive background as both a senior federal and provincial prosecutor, Graham brings unique and effective skills to his antitrust advisory and litigation practice at Osler. He represents both immunity applicants and targets of domestic and multinational antitrust cartel investigations in a wide variety of industries. He also provides strategic and counselling advice to multinational corporations on antitrust and other regulatory matters. He has led internal investigations of potential corporate and individual misconduct and achieved effective settlements with regulators.
As senior legal advisor and counsel to Canada's Competition Bureau and Justice Department, Graham led many multinational and domestic cartel investigations and prosecutions. He has also conducted significant commercial fraud, tax evasion, and other "white collar" prosecutions and is a seasoned litigator who has led cases before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
