Federico Rossi
Federico joined Allende & Brea in 2005 and became a partner in 2021.
His practice focuses on all aspects of Competition and Antitrust Law, including merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, dominance and sector enquiries. Federico is also active in representing both national and international clients in antidumping investigations.
During 2017 he worked as a Foreign Attorney in the Competition, Trade & Regulation practice at Herbert Smith Freehills (London), where he was mostly involved in advising clients on merger control issues with the antitrust authorities of several jurisdictions.
He is a competition law graduate professor at Universidad Austral, and frequently lectures on competition law at a post-graduate level at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Universidad de Belgrano, and Universidad Nacional del Nordeste.
He is a Commissioner of the Competition Law Committee of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
He is recommended by Chambers & Partners Latin America as an “Up and coming”practitioner and by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner”. He is also recognized as a leading individual in the competition law field by Who’s Who Legal and Euromoney’s Experts Guide.
