Felicia Chen
Felicia (Feiran) Chen is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) and an associate. She is a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.
Ms. Chen advises companies on all significant business and legal issues, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, emerging companies and general corporate matters. She has assisted companies and investors across a variety of industries, including the information technology, fin-tech, life sciences, media and entertainment sectors. Prior to joining the Hong Kong office of Gibson Dunn, Ms. Chen was a corporate associate in the New York office of another leading law firm.
Ms. Chen earned her Juris Doctor in 2018 from Harvard Law School, where she served on the upper masthead of each of Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and Harvard Business Law Review. During law school, she was a teaching assistant to Comparative Digital Privacy, as well as a research assistant for the Harvard University Privacy Tools for Sharing Research Data Project. Ms. Chen earned her undergraduate degree in 2015 from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction.
Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in New York and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
