Erik Hovenkamp is a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Law School, in the Program on the Foundations of Private Law. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Erik's research centers on patents, antitrust, innovation, and the economic analysis of law. His research has been published in a wide range of journals.
