Emilie's competition law experience includes merger control at the EU and national levels. She has assisted in cross-border mergers involving several industrial sectors, including industrial chemicals and minerals. She also has advised clients on potential cartel and abuse of dominance issues. In addition, Emilie has assisted clients from the telecommunications industry on the question of joint dominance in the context of the European Electronic Communications Code reform, as well as on regulation of fiber networks across Europe.
