David Rosner
David advises clients on all aspects of Canadian competition law and foreign investment law. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries. David has chaired the Economics & Law and Litigation Committees of the CBA’s National Competition Law Section, and has served as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He was previously an associate at a leading international law firm in Brussels.
