Mr. Pouncey was one of the leading competition specialists in Brussels. He built a broad-based EC and UK competition practice encompassing market investigations, litigation (with appearances before the European courts and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal), as well as complex merger clearances for clients in highly-concentrated markets.
