Claudia Patricia O Kane is a Lawyer, with LLM and Ph.D. at the Queen Mary University of London. Currently, she holds a postdoctoral research assistant position in the School of Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London. She also acts as a non-governmental advisor representing the Colombian competition authority before the International Competition Network. She has served the Colombian Competition Authority as Senior Adviser.
