Claire is UK qualified lawyer at Preiskel & Co who advises on competition law in relation to a broad range of projects in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors. Claire completed her Training Contract at Preiskel & Co.

Recent experience includes advising in relation to the Tobii/Smartbox Phase 2 merger review and subsequent appeal against the CMA’s Final Report in the CAT, advising on TCB/Quidco Phase 1 and 2 CMA merger review, advising in relation to CMA market studies, and in relation to damages claims for breach of competition law. Claire also advises on the application of competition law and applicable block exemptions to commercial contracts
