CPI in collaboration with ACT | The App Association hosted a series of highly anticipated discussions on competition in digital markets from February 25 to March 18, 2021. These sessions will consider the question, “Antitrust in the Digital World: Does it Work?”.

During the four-event series, our invited expert panelists explored key issues surrounding the application of antitrust in the digital world, focusing on global trends in digital platform regulation, the widespread impact of the European Commission’s Digital Markets Act, the Biden-Harris administration’s approach to American antitrust, and more. During these discussions, participating experts contributed a truly global perspective as they dove into proposed antitrust remedies and what they could mean for our digitally interconnected world.
