On the basis of concerns regarding growing market consolidation, perceived reduced competition, and increasing prices, U.S. President Joseph Biden issued a broad-ranging Executive Order (EO). Signed on July 9, 2021, it contains 72 initiatives to address competition concerns in a number of industries.
